Long time since i last blog liao. Busy and busy with kindness@meridian, choir stuff, and even class stuff. Nothing much happened this week except for today---- where i got 2 sickening tests.........

Today kicked off with a dreadful maths test, consisting of a lot of topics, lasting for 1.5 hrs. Statistics portion was pretty ok, probability quite ok. Hopefully i can pass this time round. After 15 min of rest, i went off to LT 4 for my chem test. Thought could sit beside doug during the test, but mrs lim forced the both of us to leave our seats and move to another place where all of us have to sit in alternate seats. Chem test was quite tough and i couldn't finish some questions. Die liao... Dunno can pass or not. NMR oso so difficult. Sigh....

I was hungry and tired after the chem test. Feel like grabbing a bite before going to choir. But i can't. Cos nelson kwei is alreadi in choir room, waiting for our arrival. Moreover, got so mani choir members watching us going to choir. So no choice but to go for choir with an empty and hollow stomach. 3 hours of intensive singing and staging made me even more hungry. While making announcements and briefing the choir, my stomach was growling and i felt a sharp pain on my tummy. Kept saying the wrong words while making announcement, dunno whether isit i'm nervous or i'm too hungry to even think. Sigh.. Today, Paulus yelled at me for asking him why am i required to stay back for comm meeting when i am not involved in any discussion. I was rather pissed off and upset.... Why is he getting more and more hostile to me?? Nevertheless, the admin comm consisting of duan hui, jeanie, yan sen n me sat down together to think of solutions to the unsold tickets. Came out with the suggestion of setting up a booth at the canteen on wed, thurs, n fri to help those members to sell their tickets. Gonna have a lot to do next week. Whilst the comm meeting, the pain on my tummy is getting more serious. I am really quite afraid that i might get gastrits. Luckily, Eileen offered me OREO which indeed help to ease the pain a bit. Anyway, comm meeting ended ar ard 1415 and me angela and eileen headed to white sands MAC for lunch. Kenneth joined us shortly after then. Lazed around white sands after lunch and headed home for sleep after that.

Now, i m slacking as usual. Chatting with someone from choir. Shall not tell u who i toking to, as i dun wish to arouse any suspiction and any gossip. Will be in sleeping mood soon. Tommorrow shall be the day for me to piah all my tutorials and assignments...... must have gd rest tonite.....

Today is the release of our long awaiting PW results. Sigh..... I got a band 3 for my PW. My other group members got band 2 and some others even get band 1. So sad.... I think most probably is my oral presentation that pulled me all the way down. Anyway, its over and done with and more importantly A levels is more important than this project work which constitutes only 10% to the total aggregate.

Today's comm meeting was an exciting and interesting one where u get to see people get selected and rejected for the interview for the exco positions. Many got in and many got rejected. This year the teachers are more selective and we are really picking out the best people to run for elections, which is a good sign for choir. To the other comm members, they think that putting people as wardrobe managers is to give people who do not have a chance to get what they want as it is a post in the comm and its a low post. Argh.....irrritating lot of people. Anyway, i'm now involved in the interview and i will posing questions to them. Haha...

After comm meeting, i went down with nga chi to discuss about the problem with our cca post and points. It occured to both of us that we should really talk to the teachers to tell about the problem.

Went out with my choir clique to seoul garden to ate our fills. We really had a fun time cooking and frying on the pan at seoul garden. Really enjoy eating steamboat. Went to take neoprints with all of them before all of headed for home.

Hasn't been feeling well these few days. First, is my throat that is irritating me. Now, is the flu that is making me feel so sick. Really don't have the energy to do work and concentrate in class. Feel so tired all day long. I think i'm used to updating events for a few days all at once and i'm gonna do it now:

Monday was a short cum long day. (the long marathon of tutorials) Had lunch with my usual 7 other pals at Mobil as all 7 of them r down for CIP at SCAS. It is such an unforgetabble experience eating cup noodles there as it was cramp and people were shooing us off all the time as we were blocking the way.
Tuesday is no longer a fun and entertaining day anymore. All our free periods are taken up by teachers and i dread the stupid lesson that is taking place at 3 pm, PE. First half of the lesson was spent checking our cca records. I got an irritating E. But fear not, a lot of things were missing and i'm gonna write them all in. Worst thing is that i onli get 2 pts for being wadrobe manager in choir. But everyone in comm is helping me n nga chi to fight for 4 pts or change our posts to quarter master. Well, hopefully this would help.
PE was tiring as usual with the circuit training and the 5 rounds of running. I was so tired and sick after the entire lesson. I sat at the benches in the canteen and realised that i was too tired to walk. Paulus was with me and was rusing me to attend comm meeting. But i am just too tired and i simply refused to walk. I told Paulus that unless someone carry me, i shall not attend the meeting. Paulus immediately replied " I piggyback u lor. U wan?? Haiz.. but now i also veri tired. too bad cannot leh." To my horror, he claimed that his weight is over 60 kg and of course it would make a lot of sense that he has the strength to carry me on his back even though he may be short. Left with no choice, i dragged me feet all the way from the canteen to the atrium for the comm meeting.
Choir started at 545 pm and i was rather glad to have Gerald doing the sectionals for me as i could slack throughout the entire thing.
Today was an even boring day as the entire learning journey simply sucks. The entire trip to JTC was long and the visit to the chemistrygallery which cost a dollar, simply was nothing but boredness. I am ready feeling so sick and tired yet i still have to attend such a stupid trip. Idiot!! But this is still better than attending the welcome party that's gonna make me wet and dirty.
I'm feeling so tired and sick now but so.... I still have to finish all my dreadful assignments which wil be due this coming friday. How am i gonna survive?????????

Good friday was spent at home with my family members and i did nothing but day-dream throughout the day. Did a bit of work but was reluctant to study any notes. Received the message from my dearest Paulus that there will be a comm meeting on sat at 9am. Haiz.. looks like i can't afford to sleep late agian.

On sat, i woke up super early and rushed to take a bus so as not to be late for the comm meeting. In the end, i was the 1st one to arrive and i waited super long before the 2nd innocent party came. Surprisingly, this person came on time, with the help of a cab though. She looks rather frantic when she arrived and she is none other than Grace. She made it on time and we chatted for a little while. My darling Paulus arrived shortly but he was late. Late by about 3 mins... haha. Subsequently, the whole comm arrived and we started the meeting. Went with Paulus to book the 03 room for comm meeting but the lady was reluctant to grant us the room without nelson present. However, she sympatised us in the end and gave us the room. We were so glad that we need not endure the heat at the benches situated near the entrance and headed straight for coolness. Comm meeting was about the welcome party again and i volunteered to do the grouping for choir members since i'm not gonna be around that day. I was feeling tremendously cold and was about to shiver. Playful Paulus shoved his arms out and wanted to give me a hug. As if i would accept his unwarmly embrace.
Its soon choir time and nelson kwei went through none other than trial by jury. My sitting position remains unchanged and my partner is still none other than Melissa. Its quite uneasy for her to put her arms around my arm and we happened to be the last couple. So we have no choice but to drag her and run so as to make it on time on stage. Can't imagine that when she wears the gown and high court shoees. Gone through all the steps for the entire opera was quite tired after all the jumping and running.
Went for lunch with the juniors and i finally got to know most of them better. After that, we went back to siglap for combined practice on trial by jury. I am no longer needed in the piano seat as joel has found his fellow Tk brand more useful than me. But i am happy that i need not bother to waste my energy on such ineffective sectionals. Its such a useless and boring session with Joel and we finally got chased out of the room by Mr yong as victoria chorale needs the room to practise.
However, that's not the end of the thing. Paulus dragged the entire comm to Parkway Parade to buy stuff for the welcome party. i was rather reluctant to go as the people who went with us are people whom i totally cannot stand at all. Seriously, none of which are from my clique except Adrian who parted with me not long after. Went into Giant and started our buying of stuff. Though they treated me veri well throughout the buying process, veri well-mannered and caring(especially Pualus), i just feel uneasy. Moreover, i'm worried about eileen's problem of being the bridesmaid and being chosen as the leader. So the entire process was not very pleasant and i headed straight home after the entire thing.
Looks like i'm starting to dread choir. Its that how a ex-co comm member should feel? I really dunno!!!

It has been qutie a while since i last blogged. The primary reason was mainly due to the exhaustment of college work and the tonnes of things i need to do for choir. I'm reali feeling tired and i seriously need a break badly. Ok shall update on my block test first:

To me, this block test was definitely a tough one. Not that i did not put in effort, but i think my effort is really not enough for me to perform and be able to tackle the questions set in all the subjects. All papers are tremendously demanding. Not only that, i really do not have ample time to prepare for my block test during the holidays as choir is taking up quite a bit of time. I actually thought i could perform better for some papers but in the end, i screwed up. Take GP for example, comprehension was such a disappointment. I got back my essay first and surprisingly i got a 31 out of 50. To me, i thought i would fail my essay as i felt that i have written out of point. But nevertheless, Ms Haslinda found my essay rather releveant and insightful, so she decided to award me with that kind of mark. As compared to essay, i was rather more confident for comprehension. I thought i could get like close to 30 at least, but sadly, i got a low 20 out of 50. I was rather disappointed as it is considered to be one of the lowest few comprehension that i have ever done. Haiz... My AQ has reached a brand new low of 2 marks and as expected, summary was the killer for me as i could only get that pathetic 2 marks out of 8. This means i ended up with a 51% for GP, ranked 11th in position.
Now, is econs. I thought i could get an A level pass. But apparently, things doesn't come out the way i think. I got 40%, an AO pass. I thought i would perform well for case study but sadly i got a 11. And for essay i knew i was out of point for the first part of the essay, therefore getting 8 out of 25 was not a surprise to me. I think i should really buck up for this subject. Next is chemistry. There is nothing for me to say about this subject but just feel that it is reali veri tough and the time given was simply not enough. Getting a AO pass for it was kinda expected. Maths, was oso kind of expected too as i couldn't answer most of the questions. I would say they are really veri challenging. On the whole, this block test was a catstrophe for me. I really deproved a lot and there is a lot for me to catch up before mid-year approach me.

Now the happenings from 6/4-8/4:
On tues, we did not get our long break and our three "musketeers", namely mrs chong, mrs lim & miss lim has taken up the 3 periods before PE and i think it would remain permanantly. So sad....
Choir today was busy for me as i had to distribute tickets to the year 1s. There was a committee meeting but our dearest Paulus did not inform me at all. He claimed to inform it through Kenneth and reprimaned me for not knowing it. Why can't he tell me straight? What a responsible Chairperson i have chosen. Anyway, Kenneth didn't attend the meeting and i was too busy with the tickets. Haha. Before he could start hailing for me, Mr Pang came in and saved my life. He guarded the whole situation and made it easier for me to distribute tickets to the juniors. Thanks Mr Pang!!! Haha. Anyway choir was boring and tiring. It even ended late for the year ones had to introduce themselves to all of us.

Now wed. 3 lectures all on one day was kinda killer. Luckily, we were enlightened by the guest speaker, Mdm suzanne Cheng who is an image consultant. She started the career seminar with a fantastic talk on the way we should dress and our ettique when we attend interviews for jobs and scholarships. Was a rather insightful talk and i learnt a lot from it. Most of all, she's an interesting speaker. The second half was not exactly fun. The talk on teaching as a career was so boring and nearly half the LT fell alseep. So boring.

As for today, nothing much happened. PE was so tiring as usual but i ran 4 rounds instead of 5. As usual, had the intention of ponning the last 5 rounds and follow Eileen's trick of hiding in the toilet. But sadly, I'm such a high profile character in MJ. My absence would lead to a commotion among the teachers, especially Pauline Choy. So i decided to run and walk briskly for the few rounds. I was totally shacked after that but no choice still had to attend the committee meeting which only requires me to be physically present. N stupid Zaidah, gave the comment that learning journey dates can be changed if one cannot make it. But i have already set my mind to attend it next week with my class and not go for choir. Boo.... to all the losers out there who thinks that choir can be their future rice bowl. Choir practice today was considered good with the prescence of Nelson Kwei. HE did a lot of evaluation on our singing and was rather strict with the choir's discipline. This should be done long ago lor. He even threatened the girls not to attend the kindness@meridian opening ceremony for choir is more important than anything else. Went for dinner with Eileen, Siew Kia and Wayne at Pasta Mania. Chat and joke for a while during the course of the meal. Nothing much.

Latest updates: Chicken rice stall in MJC has finally opened. Chicken rice was not exactly tasty and i beagn to feel quite sick of it. Think its monopoly power won't last long. Haha.

Ok that's really all for the week at meridian. Awaiting for my long weekend break to come (in around an hour's time) and waiting to see my choir clique on sat during choir practice at Siglap. For now i shall juz reamin online before i start dozing off in front of the screen.

Today started off with a boring 2 periods of essay writing for GP. Wasn't in the mood to write anything as i'm more worried about my block test results. Anyway, managed to crap 4 sides of the fulscap though.
After recess, i got back my chem paper. Good news is i didn't get a F as i thought. I got an AO, however, a low one. So sad. My chem has severly deproved and there's a lot to catch up. After 2 periods, i got back my maths paper. I thought i would flunk my math but again i didn't. Ended with another low AO. Although it is kind of like expected and i can't demand much of it, i was rather disappointed with my grades. Why?? I used to get As and Bs easily last year despite the effort was much lesser then. So sad. In conclusion i got 3 AOs for my 3 A level subjects. Awaiting patiently for tommorrow to come, for I'm gonna receive my GP papers back. I shall cross my fingers and pray hard for better results even though there's more worry than anything else for GP results. Haiz....

Today was quite a fruitful and enjoyable day for me. Avril and Jocelyn celebrated their 18th birthday today. Early in the morning, went to school for CIP. Help in the preparation of the products and was quite exhausted after that. The gang decided to go to Marina to celebrate and we eventually took a long time travelling from pasir ris to cit hall. The train journey was so tiring and sleepy and almost all of us fell asleep throughout the entire journey. Went to Mos burger for lunch and headed to buy stuff. Later, we went to the arcade and enjoyed ourselves with the Daytona rides. Its so fun to play as a gang, all 8 of us challenged each other, competing to be 1st. Christine emrged champion at the end of the whole race. The day ended with Jocelyn giving each one of us a hug and waved goodbye to Jocelyn at the crossover of the escalators to the different platforms. So cool.

I am feeling tired and restless now. Feel like sleeping. May just dozed off anytime. Haha. But tommorrow hopefully i will start doing my homework and study hard for all my subjects. For now, I shall just remain online and chat with whoever online and not forgetting to listen to my 5566 CD. Haha.

Today was the most stupid april fool day that i ever experienced in my life. During maths lecture, i received an SMS from some intelligent choir president that there will be a group of male choir members from year one quitting choir and the situation is quite bad. This president of mine actually used ms chen and mr pang as an excuse to have committee meeting with the comm members. The tone of his sms sounded so serious and after reading it, i couldn't take the risk of not attending the meeting. After the lecture, i went to meet him and all the other comm members came along. He suddenly burst out the 2 disgusting words out of his ugly mouth: "April Fool". At that moment, some ppl were shocked while others were not disturbed by his stupid joke. I was unaffected by his joke at all l but i was rather pissed off as i was late for the CIP meeting. Shit him la. And that Kenneth was so smart. He did not attend the comm meeting and he was laughing at my foolishness.
I'm so angry now. I shall not let things rest so easily. Waste my precious time, rite? I shall make him pay this back dearly for what he had done. Its not gonna be that easy for him if i start creating some problem with my clique. I shall make him remember it forever. Haha. I'm definitely gonna staged a good show and he will definitely lose all his face. Anyway, my accomplish, Eileen, has voulunteered to help me with a series of plans to deal with those childish and act cute people. As long as I'm in choir, nobody will waste any of our time and create nonsense out of nothing.
